Thanks again.
You did a masterful job on our inspection today.
Enjoyed making your acquaintance in the process and, am pleased to know that true professionals in their respective fields still exist.
On the one hand, would have preferred that y'all didn't find so many things I'm going to have to deal with.
On the other hand, recognize that I would have later cursed you if you hadn't.
